I'm so pleased to announce that I have completed my move to Washington, D.C. As many of you know, I've been exploring the idea for a while now. I'm so grateful that the right doors have opened for me in the past month to fulfill this dream. Looks like I picked a good time, too: it seems there's another audition every couple of days! For those of you already settled in the metro area, I'd love to get together and talk about the city. I'm especially interested in hearing more about outreach and teaching opportunities. For those of you in North Carolina who are wondering about Priceless Gem and my participation in the piece, don't worry. I will continue to work on our athlete project as far as it goes. If you are interested in hearing our revisions, we will have another reading on January 12th at 7pm in the Kenan Theatre (UNC Center for Dramatic Art). We are also planning for the full production in May 2015, pending grant funding. I hope to see you all soon. |
